Social Media & Client Outreach Representative Position Available

We are seeking an intermediate level social media and outreach/sales specialist, preferably knowledgeable in the holistic approach to living and/or diabetes, to join our team!

In a nutshell, you are proficient in digital marketing, have experience doing social media outreach, and enjoy connecting with others online or by phone to build relationships and work on conversions and sales.

In your client outreach role, you will be the ambassador of our brand and extend our global mission to new people and new markets.

Ideally You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience with social media outreach
  • 2+ years of experience with sales
  • Experience building on and offline relationships (with influencers, clients, business partners)
  • A passion for holistic health and wellness
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of hitting sales goals

Job Responsibilities May Include:

  • Implement and manage social media outreach strategies for all our platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Assist with strategies to turn our cold leads into warm and then hot leads
  • Assist in creating and executing conversion strategies i.e. having phone conversations with interested prospects
  • Assist with lead generation activities
  • Nurture leads inside our private Facebook group and Facebook page to keep them engaged and participating. This may eventually include a LinkedIn group or forum related to our courses.
  • Engage with/follow others and build online relationships with those in diabetes or related i.e.: pharmaceuticals, associations, magazines, authors, wellness businesses, etc.
  • Work with existing team on all campaign launches
  • Follow set metrics-based tracking systems for all sales and marketing
  • Groups: follow and engage in 3-5 key groups on Facebook and/or LinkedIn
  • Assist with/make recommendations on other social media activities such as account profiles, helping with outgoing posts, monitoring and replying to comments etc.

Job Type: Part-time (eventually leading to FT), permanent

Salary: Hourly wage + a generous, uncapped, commission package
