Today you’re going to learn how spices are one of your top Diabetes allies. Although there are many spices that help our bodies heal, there is one spice that is especially powerful for Diabetes, and that is cinnamon. I’ve discovered that cinnamon offers amazing results and works like magic to balance my blood sugar levels, so I’m thrilled to share a variety of ways you can include cinnamon and other spices into your meals, snacks, desserts and drinks.


Your challenge for today is to sprinkle small amounts of cinnamon on your food or drinks, in meals, appetizers and snacks throughout the day, today and every day!).  Listen to the end of the Challenge for ways you can incorporate cinnamon into your meals and drinks and choose the ways you’ll be testing out cinnamon!
